Kaylee's speed, strength and competitiveness are her greatest attributes. She is a skilled and athletic player that gives 100% all the time. Kaylee has played club basketball and club soccer since a very young age. She is a 4 sport athlete in high school, playing basketball, volleyball, soccer and badminton. At the Ontario basketball level, Kaylee played BDP for 2 years and CP as an underage player. In grade 9, Kaylee was the starting point guard for her WCI junior basketball team. She lead her team to the finals in both WCSSAA and CWOSSA AAAA. She was the CWOSSA leading 20+ club scorer. In that same year (at the conclusion of her grade 9 junior season) she moved up to play for the senior team at the 2011-2012 OFSSA AAAA championships. Kaylee was the starting point guard on her U15 KW Lightning team. They won a Division 1 provincial silver medal. In grade 10 kaylee was the starting point guard on her highly ranked WCI senior basketball team. They won both WCSSAA and CWOSSA AAAA gold medals and played at the 2012-2013 OFSSA AAAA championships. Kaylee was the only grade 10 selected to play for the Tri-county Thunder Juel team. An Ontario league made up of older girls in their last years of high school in the Juvenile University Elite League. In grade 11, Kaylee is the starting point guard and leading scorer for her senior WCI team and will be playing her second year in the JUEL basketball league. This year's team JUEL team is called the KW Lightning. (No Tri-County Thunder team this year.) Kaylee is equally strong in soccer. She has played 11 years of club, divisional and regional soccer. She plays striker and midfield for Waterloo United. She played in the OYSL for 2 years. Kaylee's soccer coach, Peter Mackie, has been approached by provincial, OUA and NCAA coaches interested in her however basketball is her true love.
