Additional Information:
Paulís main objective is to further his education while playing college golf at the highest level that best balances athletics while maintaining an excellent standard in education. Paul wants to pursue a degree in business in the Fall 2015 in a warmer climate where he can play golf all year round. He played most of his events this year on the CJGA and Bags Junior Tour. Paul had some top 10 finishes shooting 79 and 84 to finish 10th at Station Creek and rounds of 84 and 80 to finish 8th at Eagle Ridge at CJGA events. On the Bags tour Paul finished 14th in the order of Merit having 3 top 5 finishes at Circle Pines, Lake St George and the Rock. Paul qualified for his high school regional championships shooting 81 at the Midland Golf and Country Club. He would be a valuable addition to any NAIA or Junior College program because of his dedication to improve and work ethic on the links and in the classroom. Academically, Paul is very focused, as he understands that it takes more than golf to earn a scholarship. He has earned honour roll status throughout high school and will graduate within the top 20 percent in his class. Paulís coach Murray St. Onge, is ranked as one of the top 60 coaches in the world (by the World Golf Teachers Federation) and has taught 3 provincial champions and the #1 ranked female junior in Canada and top NCAA women's player Stephanie Sherlock. Murray describes Paul as a student of the game who is dedicated to improve his game to the next level. With this commitment his future is bright and he certainly has the potential to be a solid player at the NAIA or Junior College level. Paul will be writing this ACT and SAT test over the next several months. Paulís video consists of playing 9 holes, chipping and putting, and driving range footage that can be seen by clicking video tab on profile.
