Additional Information:
Sabrina is a superior athlete with a strong sense of competition and character. She would like to attend a NCAA Division I college so that she can play soccer at the highest level possible and obtain an education in early childhood development, dance education, web design/media arts or fashion. Sabrina has a background in coaching children in soccer, dance, gymnastics and working with children with autism and other special needs. She was a technical soccer coach this past summer, coaching U-9 boys and currently works part-time as a coach and as the “Special Needs Coordinator” at a local gymnastic club. As part of her academic program, she participated in co-operative placements at elementary schools working with children in kindergarten through grade 3. Sabrina is fast and technically skilled. She was part of the Ontario provincial satellite program training with Alex McNutt of the Ontario Soccer Association (OSA). She played in the Ontario Youth Soccer League (OYSL) from the age of 13 years-old. As a 16 year- old, playing one year up, she was the youngest member of the 2013 OYSL Division champions and Quebec/Ontario Cup champions, Capital United U17. As a “starting” player, she was second in team-scoring, surpassed only by one goal, and 5th overall in the East Division of the OYSL. Her “starting” teammates were members of the Canadian National Program and currently attend U.S. universities on full scholarships. Sabrina is equally strong with both feet and plays right and left wing, and striker with ease. She is an all round player, capable of playing all positions. Her strong background in dance gives her a unique sense of poise, quiet confidence, light touches, dexterity, balance and flexibility. Sabrina understands and plays the game with intelligence. Her control of the ball and quick decision-making allows her to be a strong playmaker. Sabrina is passionate, driven and committed to the game and will be an invaluable asset to her team. Sabrina is seeking a college that is the “right fit” for her academics, talent, skill and character. If you are interested in a fast, tough, technically skilled, outgoing player, with a winning attitude and an impressive personal character, please contact us.
