Christiana is a very determined, and inspiring student athlete who continuously strives to reach her full potential both academically and athletically. She would like to pursue a degree engineering from a well established college or university that matches a competitive NCAA soccer program with high academic standards in the Fall 2015. Christiana is versatile player whose excellent first touch, quick ball movement and speed can only be matched by her ability to finish with strength, accuracy and decisiveness. Christiana’s technical abilities and creative ball handling skills permit her to maintain strong possession on the ball and best her opponents. She has great field insight, always aware of the players around her and the spaces open for movement. Christiana has an aggression and energy that is apparent during the game as her competitiveness and persistence remains unwavering throughout the match. Her ability to use both feet with equal discipline has lead her to finish the ball on multiple occasions. Her drive and determination mixed with her power and skill makes her a danger to opponents. Christiana has been playing soccer since the age of 6. She is currently playing with the Erin Mills Eagles, a club that has produced many players at the NCAA level through the years. Christiana has played in several showcases in both Canada and the USA over the years gaining experience outside OYSL clubs. She would be an excellent candidate for a college or university program as she possesses the ability, intrinsic motivation, physical constitution and academic prowess to succeed. Academically Christiana is very focused, as she understands that it takes more than soccer to earn a scholarship. She currently maintains a 4.0 GPA and scored 1240 on SAT test ( math and reading combined).
